CHALLANGE :
The off-line recruitment is a conventional method in most life assurance companies. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the AIA RCP still prepared for a continuous growth and believed in the efficiency of digital marketing that could help it stand out as a leading organization in the life assurance industry. In that regard, the AIA RCP strived to implement an effective approach to recruiting financial advisors on-line.
OUR APPROACH
We conducted an analysis of the AIA RCP’s business and its competitors. Then, we developed a strategic method of selecting effective channel platforms and setting up phases of communication that could finally spark prospective applicants’ interest in the job. Finally, interested applicants had been screened and selected through the rapid-fire procedures which yielded the best result.
